We will discuss and agree a start date with you. It usually takes around 2 - 3 weeks to identify and source matching bricks and complete all the legal paperwork. So depending on the status of current projects, we could start in 4 - 6 weeks.
The price we quote is guaranteed, NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. When we quote for your building project we will provide a detailed specification, broken down by room showing exactly what work is to be undertaken. There are no nasty surprises, we include everything. VAT is included as are any charges for waste disposal, scaffolding etc.
We require a 5% deposit to secure a start date, this is non - refundable but it gives you a 14 day cooling of period from the date of you signing your contract.
As a rule we only undertake a maximum of two projects at any one time. This enables us to agree a start and finish date with you. This also enables us to ensure we have tradesmen / builders on site everyday.
We will have tradesmen / builders on site every working day (Mon-Fri) from 0730 till 1630. (Weather permitting)
There is inevitably some unavoidable disruption involved. However unlike some builders, we believe in leaving the site safe and tidy at the end of each day, and that includes sweeping up, hosing down driveways etc. Helping to keep the disruption to you, your family and any neighbours that may be affected, to a minimum.
