Adrian and his team have just completed a single storey extension on our house. We're extremely happy with the finished product and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anybody thinking of undertaking such a project in the future. The standard of work/finish and attention to detail is extremely high. Particularly pleasing and impressive was the way everything was cleared up at the end of each day. Had it not been for the portaloo on the driveway, you would never have known that we were having work done. Adrian has been extremely professional, honest and transparent with us, right from our first meeting with him, to discuss a quote on the proposed works, and has also offered invaluable help and advice throughout. He warned us that he'd probably be the most expensive quote, but told us you get what you pay for. Having previously had a less than satisfactory experience on a previous project, where we opted for a cheaper quote, I have
to say that he backed up that statement. He is always contactable and his communication cannot be faulted, always keeping you in touch and informed of progress and of any potential problems. Any problems that do arise are always clearly explained and always followed by a proposed solution, giving you great confidence and reassurance that you're in safe hands. In summary, definitely 5 stars, in the absence of a higher rating!
