We had a new garage and second floor extension on our semi-detached house in September 2010. The building works was scheduled to be 6 weeks. The building team arrived promptly at 730 am and worked through until 5 pm. The building site was kept clean and orderly and each evening the driveway was tidied and washed down. The stage payments were all on target and it was easy to set up the payments via the BACS internet payment system. The liaison with the Architect and Building inspector was excellent and enabled the relevant building regulations to be processed quickly.
The sub-contractors came on the specified days and worked to an excellent standard. The building was kept exactly to time and where the autumn weather was possible building work took place every day.
